Stephen Barnett

Stephen Barnett is currently the Global Reward and HR Operations professional at IFCO SYSTEMS, where they are establishing a new HR Reward Center of Excellence. With over 20 years of experience in blue chip corporate environments, they have a deep technical understanding of employee and executive reward on an international scale. Previously, Stephen held various roles, including Director of Reward at Brambles and Head of Compensation & International Mobility at BNP Paribas. They possess extensive expertise in compensation life-cycles, global mobility, and policy development, demonstrating influential team leadership and strategic insight throughout their career. Stephen holds an LLB in Law and Politics from Keele University.
