Alana Sebit

Alana Sebit is currently the Interim Country Director at the International Fertilizer Development Center and serves as the Country Team Leader and Inclusive Agribusiness Advisor for 2SCALE South Sudan. With a strong background in agronomy and agribusiness, they have previously held roles such as Program Manager for Food Security and Livelihoods at GOAL Global and Agriculture Advisor at GIZ South Sudan. Alana’s education includes an ongoing Master of Science in Agribusiness and Entrepreneurship at Uganda Christian University and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Uganda Martyrs University. Their extensive experience spans over a decade, focusing on inclusive agribusiness, disaster risk management, and women's economic development.
