Tal Shami

Tal Shami is a Program Manager at IsraAID, bringing extensive experience as an MHPSS and protection specialist in humanitarian aid. They have a strong background in crisis intervention, disaster management, and building resilience, with a proven history of working in non-profit organizations and on international deployments. Tal has coordinated psychosocial support programs for communities affected by natural disasters and has overseen collaboration with various partners, including IOM and UNICEF. They hold a Master of Social Work and are currently pursuing further education in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy at the University of Haifa.
