Emma Jiang has extensive experience in commercial operations and publisher relations. Currently serving as the Business Operations Manager at Phoenix New Media Ltd. since September 2019, Emma previously held the role of Publisher Relations at AdTiming from 2017 to 2019 and worked as Operating Manager at LightInTheBox from February 2015 to August 2016. Emma earned dual Bachelor's degrees in German (with a focus on Economics and Trade) and Finance from the University of International Business and Economics, completing studies between 2010 and 2014.
