Ann Panopio is a Senior Owner's Representative at IFF (CDFI) since January 2021. Previously, they held positions such as Associate Director of Design and Construction at Heartland Alliance and Project Architect / Studio Director at UrbanWorks, Ltd. Ann also worked as an Associate Director at bcWORKSHOP and Project Manager at Asian Neighborhood Design. Additionally, they have experience as a Job Captain at Pyatok Architects, Inc and as a Graduate Teaching Fellow at the University of Oregon. Ann holds a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture from the University of Houston.
