Celina Byrd is an experienced professional in early childhood education and strategy development, currently serving as the Director of Early Childhood Strategy at IFF (CDFI) since August 2024. Prior to this role, Celina held various positions at Starfish Family Services from June 2015 to August 2024, including Director of Strategy and Innovation and Director of Early Childhood, overseeing key programs such as the Great Start Readiness Program. Earlier career experiences include positions as an Early Childhood Quality Improvement Specialist with Byrd's Nest Consulting and as an owner/administrator of Byrd's Nest Development Center, where management and compliance were emphasized.
