Donna Shields

Donna Shields is currently a Talent Management Business Partner at IFF (CDFI), where Donna also serves in roles as a Talent Management Generalist and Data Analyst. Prior to that, Donna held positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Fiduciary Tax Associate and Corporate Real Estate Office Manager. Before that, Donna worked at the First National Bank of Chicago (JP Morgan) as a Senior Team Leader. Donna has a High School Diploma in Office Occupations/Accounting and is currently pursuing further education at City Colleges of Chicago-Richard J Daley College.
