Kareem Cousar

Kareem Cousar is a Senior Owner's Representative at IFF (CDFI), where Kareem focuses on planning, financing, and building facilities critical to the success of nonprofits. Kareem previously worked at the University of Chicago as a Project Manager, where Kareem managed large capital projects and provided support to project managers and facilities leadership. Kareem also has experience as a Project Associate/CAD Technician, Planning and Design intern, Production Assistant, and Historic Preservation Public Service Intern. Kareem holds a M.Arch in Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology and has completed postgraduate studies in Urban Design, Architecture, and Community Development.
