Kate Ansorge is the Managing Director at IFF (CDFI), where Kate leads a team that supports non-profits in planning and executing real estate projects for low-income and special needs populations. With extensive experience in affordable housing and real estate consulting, Kate has managed a variety of projects in their previous roles at organizations like East Lake Management & Development Corp. and Heartland Housing. Kate holds a B.A. in Sociology and Economics from Vassar College and a MUPP in Urban Planning from the University of Illinois Chicago.
