L. Andre Gibson, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Lending for Indiana and Kentucky at IFF (CDFI) since January 2020. Previously, L. Andre Gibson was the Commercial Finance Advisor and Owner at Sycamore Commercial Lending from November 2008 to January 2020, focusing on commercial lending solutions for small to medium-sized churches and businesses. L. Andre Gibson held the position of Regional Director of Business Development at Community Reinvestment Fund from January 2014 to June 2018, where responsibilities included direct SBA lending. Additional experience includes co-ownership of Alliance Motorsports, LLC, senior vice presidency at Archer Land Title, LLC, national sales directorship at Signature Closing Service, and branch management at First Indiana Bank. L. Andre Gibson earned an MBA in Finance from Anderson University and a BS in Management, Finance from the Indiana Institute of Technology.
