Michael Goldberg is currently the Senior Vice President - Real Estate Solutions at IFF (CDFI), where Michael leads a core business group providing consultative services on real estate and facility opportunities throughout the Midwest. Previously, Michael served as the Vice President/Executive Director at Heartland Alliance, overseeing a non-profit affordable housing development and management company. Prior to that, Michael held positions at SmithGroup, Chicago Department of Planning and Development, Planning Resources Inc., and NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development. Michael holds both MS and BS degrees in Urban and Regional Planning and Urban Geography from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
