Molly Bartels Roth is a skilled professional in capacity building and nonprofit management, currently serving as the Manager of Capacity Building Programs and Initiatives at IFF (CDFI) since June 2022. Prior to this role, Molly held various positions at the Community Programs Accelerator at the University of Chicago from June 2016 to May 2022, including Associate Director and Program Coordinator, where significant contributions included generating over $200,000 in grant funding and leading a team on multiple successful projects. Additionally, Molly participated in the Community Leadership Corps at the Obama Foundation from June 2019 to November 2019. Molly holds a Master’s degree in Social Sector Leadership and Nonprofit Management from the University of Chicago Crown Family School of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Linguistics from the University of Chicago.
