Terry Young is currently serving as the Chief Credit Officer at IFF (CDFI) and previously held the position of President at Urban Real Estate Investors. With a background in commercial real estate, lending, and community development, Terry has held various leadership roles in companies such as BMO Harris Bank, Urban Partnership Bank, and Fannie Mae. Terry also owned a Martial Arts and Fitness training center at TSen Dojo, LLC. Having obtained an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Terry brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the real estate and financial sectors.
