Gene Foo

Gene Foo is a Trading Manager for Iffco Group, managing global laurics book trading positions since 2025. Previously, Gene served as a Commodity Trader and Supply Chain Executive at Golden Agri-Resources, where they contributed to strategic initiatives and supply chain processes. Gene's early career involved a significant role at Halliburton as a Manufacturing Supervisor, where they led process improvements and achieved notable reductions in lead times. Currently, Gene is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University and an Engineer's Degree through an exchange program at Universität Duisburg-Essen, while holding a Master of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the National University of Singapore.
