Don Barrett

Don Barrett is a seasoned leader and multifaceted consultant with extensive experience in performance improvement, organizational development, and project management, particularly within the Department of Defense and other government agencies. They previously served in the U.S. Navy in various leadership and technical roles, including as Enterprise Detachment Director at the US Navy Human Performance Center. Currently, Don is the Chief Operating Officer at Axelecon, where they drive strategic transformation and sustainable growth for small to mid-sized enterprises. They also hold a Senior Project Manager position at IFG, managing a five-year Organizational Change Management project. Don's educational background includes multiple degrees and certifications, including an MBA and certifications in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma.
