Kim Sinclair

Kim Sinclair is a seasoned QA Tester and Business Analyst with extensive experience in state projects, currently engaged with the California Statewide Automated Welfare System (CalSAWS) at IFG (The iFish Group) since August 2019. Previous roles include contributions to significant initiatives at Taborda Solutions, such as the Debt Management System II project for the State Treasurer's Office and the Financial Information System for California (FI$Cal). Sinclair has also provided QA leadership at M Corp and consulting services at Hulagoo Consulting for the Employment Development Department (EDD).
