Erik Richardson

Erik Richardson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality operations and continuous improvement roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Quality Operations at iFIT since August 2023, Erik empowers the Quality department, establishes Key Performance Indicators, and has achieved significant reductions in warranty spend. Previously, Erik held a progressive career at IPG - Intertape Polymer Group, where responsibilities included leading Lean initiatives, managing over 750 Kaizen projects, and earning IndustryWeek Best Plants Awards in consecutive years. With a Master of Business Administration from Utah State University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University - Idaho, Erik combines technical expertise with strong leadership skills.
