Gavin Capp is a mature IT professional with extensive experience in IT operations and management. Currently serving as the European IT Operations – Support and Projects at iFIT since April 2021, Gavin demonstrates strong technical, interpersonal, and management skills, alongside a commitment to customer service satisfaction. Previously, as the Area12 IT Manager for Highways England/A-ONE+ from July 2009 to April 2021, Gavin was responsible for managing ICT infrastructure and services across critical business areas within a 24/7 operational environment, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of projects that benefitted the business.
