Spencer Rasmuson

Spencer Rasmuson is currently a Quality Mechanical Engineer at iFIT, starting in April 2024, following a role as Manufacturing Supervisor at Lamb Weston from August 2023 to April 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Product Management Intern at Juniper Systems, where Spencer conducted market research and developed process maps to enhance product efficiency. As Production Group Lead at Cytiva, Spencer managed a team of over 30 individuals in lean manufacturing and successfully accelerated production output. Earlier roles involved customer service and warehouse operations, emphasizing quality standards and efficient order fulfillment. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science in Technology Systems - Product Development and a minor in Business from Utah State University, as well as a Certificate in Quality & Reliability. Spencer is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Memphis, expected to graduate in December 2027.
