Tracy Salvesen

Tracy Salvesen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing and fitness equipment industries, currently serving as Director of Replacement Parts Services at Icon Health & Fitness since September 1994. In this role, Tracy manages a team responsible for the purchase, manufacture, warehousing, and shipping of replacement parts. Previously, Tracy held positions including Plant Manager, where responsibilities included directing plant operations and leading Lean Manufacturing training for over 500 employees, and Manager of Manufacturing Engineering, focusing on cost reduction and quality issue resolution. Tracy also served as a Senior Engineer, designing manufacturing tools and supervising engineering staff. Prior experience includes working as a Quality Assurance Test Engineer at Professional Manufacturing USA, providing engineering support for motorcycle helmets and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Tracy holds a Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Utah State University.
