Kyle Wiens

Kyle Wiens is the CEO of iFixit, a position held since August 2003, and also serves as Chairman of the Board for Repair.org - The Repair Association since January 2015, advocating for the repair industry. Wiens has extensive experience in technology and software, having worked as Chief Software Architect at Dozuki from December 2011 to December 2021, and as a Software Developer at Net Worth Strategies before that. Additional roles include Partner at SLO Seed Ventures and Adcom Board Member at IEEE Consumer Electronics Society. Wiens holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earned between 2001 and 2005.
