Elia Doretto has a diverse work experience in engineering and maintenance roles. From October 2020, Doretto has been serving as the Director of Engineering and Wind Tunnel Maintenance at iFLY Indoor Skydiving. Prior to this, from May 2020, Doretto worked as a Senior Field Engineer - Vibration Analyst. Doretto also has experience as a Senior Field Engineer at SkyVenture - iFLY from March 2019 to May 2020. Earlier, Doretto was a Quality Assurance Manager at SkyVenture - iFLY from April 2017 to March 2019, and an Aerospace Engineer II at the same company from February 2014 to April 2017. Doretto also worked briefly as an R&D Engineer at SkyVenture in 2014. Prior to joining the industry, Doretto was a Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin from March 2012 to December 2013, where they worked on projects related to Main Engine Ignition for NASA-Marshall Space Flight Center.
Elia Doretto pursued a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. They completed their education in this field in 2013.
