ERICA COOK is an experienced professional with a diverse background in health, fitness, and coaching. Currently working as a Body Flight Instructor at iFLY Indoor Skydiving since October 2015, ERICA also serves as an Associate Consultant for Isagenix International, focusing on health and fitness coaching. With additional experience as an Assistant Horse Trainer at Asmussen Equine since October 2012 and previously as a Personal Trainer at Gold's Gym South Austin from January 2010 to October 2012, ERICA has a strong foundation in fitness. Additionally, a stint as a Professional Motocross competitor with MX Sports & Events in 2010 complements ERICA's athletic expertise. Education was pursued at San Antonio College.
