Max Solodky

Max Solodky has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Max currently serves as the VP and Head of Technology at iFLY Indoor Skydiving, where they lead and mentors the internal team and external vendors/partners. Their responsibilities include optimizing current systems, identifying future state systems, and managing initiatives such as AWS cloud migration, SaaS point of sale implementation, and AI enablement.

Prior to their current role, Max founded AppsMax, a company focusing on data and applications via the cloud. Max also co-founded Recruiter Reviews, a platform for reviewing recruiters. Max has experience in the public sector as well, having worked at Texas Health and Human Services as the Director of Strategy and Planning in the CTO Office.

Earlier in their career, Max held positions at iFLY Indoor Skydiving as the Director of Application Systems, where they led the application development, integration, QA, and machine learning teams. Max also worked at Value Global, LLC. as the Managing Principal of Business Development and Engagements, where they expanded services to industries such as retail and software.

Max's other experience includes co-founding GeoActo - Map-Centric Asset Management, serving as the Director of Applications Development at Golfsmith International, and working as the Director of Applications & Product Development at Yardi Systems.

Max Solodky completed a postgraduate program in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning at The University of Texas at Austin from 2022 to 2023. Before that, they obtained an MBA in Management from Youngstown State University. Max also holds a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics with a minor in Statistics from the same institution. In addition to their formal education, Max has obtained various certifications, including Python 3 Specialization from the University of Michigan, AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials from Amazon Web Services, and Microsoft Azure Cloud Bootcamp and Microsoft Azure Machine Learning (AzureML) from Udemy. Max has also completed ASA 101, 103, 104, and 114 Catamaran Cruising certification from the American Sailing Association. Prior to these certifications, Max completed the Deep Learning Specialization by deeplearning.ai, Machine Learning by Stanford University, and Certified Agile Leadership 1 from Scrum Alliance.
