Chang Tan

Chang Tan is the General Manager of the iFLYTEK Intelligent Transportation Business Department and serves as the Chairman of the iFLYTEK Big Data Technical Committee. They earned a Ph.D. focusing on Data Mining and Recommender Systems from the University of Science and Technology of China, where they also completed a double bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Business Management. Chang has held various roles, including Deputy Dean at iFLYTEK and CEO of Anhui Rongdata IT Co., Ltd., a startup dedicated to Data Mining. Additionally, they were a visiting scholar at Rutgers Business School, further specializing in Data Mining and Recommender Systems.
