Florian Daniel Rupp

Florian Daniel Rupp is a Lean Manager at ifm since January 2023, responsible for implementing shop floor management standards, leading optimization and digitalization projects, and developing Lean training programs. Prior experience includes a Master’s thesis at SICK focusing on Lean training concepts, a working student role in supply chain planning at Mercedes-Benz AG where responsibilities included organizing logistics meetings and compiling data for new assembly series, and internships in supply chain management, production technology, and resource efficiency. Rupp holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and a Diploma in General Studies from the University of the Sunshine Coast, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from KIT.
