Mike McCarthy

Mike McCarthy started their work experience in 1989 as a Legislative Aide for The United States Senate. Mike then worked as a Human Resources/Labor Relations Consultant at the Wisconsin Association of School Boards, Incorporated from 1993 to 1998. From 1998 to 2000, they worked as a Human Resources Supervisor at a manufacturing plant with over 700 employees. Mike later held various Human Resources roles at Eaton Aerospace, including Human Resources Project Manager and Human Resources Manager. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Director at Shire Pharmaceuticals, providing human resources leadership for a global supply chain. Mike then founded Networked Expert Workforce and worked as the Founder & Human Resources/Operations Leader from 2010 to 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they served as the Global Human Resources Director at GreenTech Automotive, an environmentally-friendly automotive manufacturer. Currently, they are working as the Human Resources Director at ifm efector, Inc.

Mike McCarthy obtained an M.A. degree in Industrial Relations & Human Resources from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, which they attended from 1990 to 1992. In addition to their degree, they have obtained multiple certifications throughout their career, including certifications from edX, Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), Caliper Corporation, and Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
