Peter Breh

Peter Breh has a diverse work experience in the technology and automotive industry. Peter started their career at Daimler Chrysler (now known as Mercedes-Benz) in 1997 as a researcher, focusing on their Ph.D. thesis which involved the development of a thermally driven fast acting optical switch based on nano porous silicon. Peter then joined ifm in 2000 as an R+D Engineer, and later transitioned into the role of Product Technology Manager from 2005 to 2011. In 2012, Peter became the Director of Technology at ifm, where they have been working till date.

Peter Breh holds a Ph.D., M.S., and B.S. in Physics from the University of Konstanz, which is one of the top 10 universities in Germany and part of the German Universities Excellence Initiative.
