Ruben Boom has a diverse work experience starting from 2003. Ruben worked as an Assistant Developer at Vitelec B.V., specializing in wireless, high-frequency solutions. Ruben then joined The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints as a Representative, where they provided humanitarian aid and served as a volunteer. After that, Ruben worked as a Sales Executive at Mac Lean Agencies B.V., where they distributed furniture fittings. Ruben then founded and owned Twingles, a brand that wholesaled baby and toddler products. Ruben's most recent role was at ifm, where they held multiple positions such as Sales Engineer, Project Manager for Smart Industry, and most recently, Vice President of Enablement. In their role as Vice President, Ruben was responsible for sales-related processes and system design, product feature management, and successful rollout advocacy.

Ruben Boom has a Bachelor's degree in Business | Commercial Economy from NTI. Ruben also holds an Associate's degree in Automation Engineering from Radius College. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Fit for Sales from ifm, which was obtained in 2023.
