Bill O'Neill

Bill O'Neill, CFM, has had a distinguished career in facilities management, serving in various leadership roles at the University of Minnesota from 1997 to 2011, including Associate Director and Facilities Manager. They directed major construction projects and implemented innovative construction delivery models while managing significant budgets and teams. Bill has also held prominent positions within the International Facility Management Association, currently serving as Chair of the Global Board since 2017. Their educational background includes a BA from William Paterson University and an MBA Certificate from the University of Saint Thomas.
