Larry McLaughlin

Larry McLaughlin has over 30 years of work experience in the facility consulting and corporate relocation industry. Larry started their career at Biola University in 1976 as a Senior Project Manager, where they handled remodel, renovation, and new construction projects on a 95 acre campus. In 1995, they founded McLaughlin & Associates, Inc., a facility consulting firm that provided services such as strategic planning, workflow analysis, interior planning, and relocation project management to corporate clients in California and nationally. Some of their notable clients included Nissan, Warner Bros., and Health Net. In 2003, Larry served as the Past President at the Orange County Chapter of IFMA. Since 2006, they have been working at Elite Transitions, first as a Corporate Relocation Coach and then as the President, guiding companies through successful transitions and helping them enhance their company culture, performance, and position in the marketplace.

Larry McLaughlin attended Biola University from 1967 to 1970, studying Psychology and Bible. Larry later pursued studies in Business at UCLA, but the specific dates and degree obtained are unknown.
