Sourojit Dhar, AICP, serves as the Senior Vice President at ACS Infrastructure, focusing on data center land development across the Americas and Europe. With over 15 years of experience, Sourojit has previously held leadership roles at prominent firms including Microsoft, Jacobs, and Toyota, managing strategic infrastructure planning and real estate development for major corporations and government entities. Sourojit also contributes as a Board Member for IFMA, guiding the growth of professionals in the facilities and asset management field. Sourojit earned multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Facilities Planning & Real Estate from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Architecture from the School of Planning and Architecture in New Delhi.
