Barbara Bianchi

Barbara Bianchi has extensive experience in personnel selection, communication, and job placement, primarily with IFOA. Since February 2021, Barbara has held the position of Responsabile linea nazionale sportelli lavoro, orientamento e placement, as well as Responsabile ricerca selezione e placement at IFOA. Previously, from February 2015, Barbara served as Responsabile linea ricerca e selezione del personale with IFOA Management and held various roles in communication and personnel selection within IFOA from 1999 to 2020, including responsibilities for correcting selection tools and updating databases.
