Daniel Gaumann

Daniel Gaumann is the Head of Mobility Practice at ifok GmbH since January 2022 and the Founder of sustain2gain, a Sustainability and Transformation Consultancy, since June 2021. Previously, as Senior Director Corporate Development at DB Vertrieb GmbH from May 2012 to December 2020, Daniel achieved a 30% growth in ticket sales and doubled digital sales, making Deutsche Bahn the second-largest online shop by revenue in Germany. Prior roles include Director of Process Development at DB Fernverkehr AG, where process time for timetable changes was reduced by 60%, and various positions at Deutsche Bahn Management Consulting and Deloitte Consulting. Daniel holds advanced degrees in business and logistics, including an MBA from Strathclyde Business School and a Certified Business Sustainability Manager designation from the University of Cambridge.
