Celeste Ungaro

Celeste Ungaro is the Head of Strategic Initiatives, Research Operations & Quality at IFOM, where they focus on advancing the organization's objectives. Previously, Celeste held positions as Head of Grants Office at IFOM and served as an International and National Senior Grants Manager at IFOM Fondazione Istituto FIRC di Oncologia Molecolare. They began their career as a Financial Project Manager at the Municipality of Bologna and later worked in the same capacity at Regione Emilia-Romagna. Celeste has also contributed to academia as a Senior Lecturer at ISTAO and a Lecturer at Eurogiovani | Europa Cube Innovation Business School. They earned a Law degree from Liceo Classico "Archita," a Master's from the University of Bologna, and an Executive Master from Stogea.
