Debora Deotti has a solid background in software development and engineering, with relevant experience spanning from research to practical applications. Debora served as a Bolsista de Iniciação Científica at ITAL - Instituto de Tecnologia de Alimentos from September 2020 to September 2021, contributing to a project on the study of wax in annatto seeds while receiving training in ISO 9000 and 5S.
