Dimas Lima

Dimas Lima is an accomplished data science professional with extensive experience in leading teams and optimizing strategies for growth. Currently serving as a Data Science Manager for Growth at iFood since March 2022, Dimas focuses on enhancing investment strategies in promotions and vouchers through advanced methodologies, including causal inference and deep learning. Previous roles include a data science management position at iFood's Marketing division and leadership as a Lead Data Scientist at Globo, where responsibilities included aligning business challenges with machine learning solutions. Dimas has also contributed to academia as a Data Science Instructor at the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and has a strong foundation in statistical modeling and analysis, holding a Master's degree in Statistics from the same institution.
