Luana Daud

Luana Daud has extensive experience in talent attraction and employer branding, serving as Global Talent Attraction and Employer Branding Sr. Manager at Alpargatas S.A. from March 2022 to June 2024. Prior to this, Luana held various roles at Ambev, including creating the employer branding area and achieving significant growth in internship applications as Employer Branding|D&I and HR Business Partner. Luana also contributed to strategic employee journey planning as Sr. HRBP and established recruitment processes as Talent Attraction Coordinator. Current position is Talent Acquisition Sr. Manager at iFood, focusing on recruiting operations and AI implementation. Luana holds a Postgraduate Degree in Project Management from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Federal de Uberlândia.
