Rafael Coda

Rafael Coda currently serves as the Head of Fintech - Pagamentos no Salão at iFood since October 2023. Prior to this role, Rafael was the Fintech Product Leader at Afya from April 2021 to February 2023 and co-founded Medicinae Solutions, a healthcare fintech acquired by NASDAQ-listed Afya, serving as CEO until February 2023. Rafael's earlier experiences include positions as Financial Manager and Private Equity Analyst at Albatroz Participações, and Controller & Partner at Fortior Gestão de Patrimônio. Additional roles include partnership at Bar e Restaurante Urca, Sales Manager at Paraty Investimentos and Pneuback Indústria e Comércio de Pneus, and various internships in sales, operations, and credit risk at Ambev, UBS, Banco Pactual, and Turim Investimentos. Rafael holds a degree in Product Management from Stanford University and has an educational background from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and Escola Alemã Corcovado. Additionally, Rafael participated in the Prosus 10x Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
