Raphaela Rodrigues is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong focus on payroll and personnel management. Currently serving as a Senior Personnel Department Analyst at iFood since February 2024, Raphaela has held senior roles in payroll processing and HR operations at notable companies, including Pirelli and C&A Brasil. With a comprehensive background that includes administration of payroll systems, regulatory compliance with eSocial, and handling various employee-related processes from onboarding to offboarding, Raphaela has developed an extensive skill set in payroll management and employee relations since beginning a career in HR in 2007. Academic qualifications include a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management and Organizational Psychology from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo and a degree in Human Resource Management from Universidade Anhanguera São Paulo.
