Pierre Boudry is an accomplished professional in the field of marine genetics and aquaculture, currently serving as an Editorial Board Member for Reviews in Aquaculture and Chairman of the Editorial Board at Editions Quae. Since December 1994, Pierre has held various roles at IFREMER, including Directeur du GIS Biogenouest and Project Manager, emphasizing research in the genetics and physiology of marine bivalves. Pierre also contributes as an Associate Editor for Aquaculture International and as Editor in Chief for Aquatic Living Resources. Pierre was the Associate Director at UMR LEMAR from 2012 to 2020 and previously completed a post-doc at Bangor University focusing on biosafety in genetically-modified crops. Academic credentials include a PhD in population genetics from University Paris VI and an Ingénieur degree from Institut supérieur d'Agriculture de Lille.
