Andre Chef

Andre Chef is a seasoned head chef and catering manager with over a decade of culinary experience. They have served as head chef at multiple prestigious companies, including Sodexo Congo and ESS Support Services, before taking on their current role at IFS, where they manage kitchen operations for approximately 150 clients. In addition to their extensive professional background, Andre completed their Grade 12 education and chef training at Grassy Park High. With a focus on remote site catering over the past five years, Andre has developed expertise in menu planning, ordering, and staff management.
