Bas de Vos

Bas de Vos is an accomplished technology and operations leader with extensive experience at IFS since September 2015, currently serving as Vice President of Technology Product Management. In this role, Bas de Vos guides a team to develop a clear vision for technological capabilities and coordinates cross-functional efforts from ideation to execution. Previously, as Vice President of IFS Labs, Bas de Vos focused on positioning innovation projects in enterprise software. Prior to IFS, Bas de Vos held multiple leadership roles at VisionWaves from September 2002 to October 2015, including Head of Operations & Engineering and Head of Delivery, where responsibilities encompassed global operations management, customer success, and project delivery. Bas de Vos began the professional journey in the aviation and defense sector as a Senior Consultant. Education credentials include studies at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and the Royal Netherlands Naval College.
