Christopher Jones

Christopher Jones is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving in M&A Finance at IFS since February 2022, where responsibilities include driving financial value in a private equity-owned software business. Prior to this role, Christopher worked at Accenture from April 2004 to February 2022, holding various positions including M&A Deal Finance Director, where oversight involved post-merger integrations in the UK and Europe, and establishing financial controls for mid-market acquisitions. Additional roles included leading financial analytics for the Financial Services business, managing commercial strategies for the Cloud Computing practice, and overseeing client financial management for significant outsourcing deals, notably with Barclays. Christopher holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Strategy from the University of Oxford, completed in 2018.
