Gayan Kumarasinghe

Gayan Kumarasinghe is an experienced PMO professional specializing in project and program governance and process optimization. They began their career at HSBC, excelling in customer relationship management and financial compliance over an eight-year tenure. After transitioning to project management at the London Stock Exchange Group, they rapidly progressed to PMO Lead, managing multiple teams and enhancing project delivery in various frameworks. Gayan currently serves as Senior Manager – PMO for the Sales and Renewals division at IFS, where they focus on establishing a local PMO team and improving project outcomes. Additionally, they hold teaching responsibilities as a Visiting Lecturer at BIMT Colombo Campus.
