Grace Chuang

Grace Chuang is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience across various roles in client services and technical support. Currently serving as a Client Services Specialist at IFS since February 2012, Grace has also held positions as an IT Specialist and IT Support Technician within the same company. Prior to IFS, Grace worked as a Help Desk Tier 1 at CBV Collection Services Ltd for a brief period and completed a practicum as a student at Rocky Mountaineer. Grace's earlier experience includes serving as an IT Specialist at Thomson and Fenn Trading Ltd from April 2009 to December 2010. Grace Chuang obtained a Certificate in Network Administration and Security Professional from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 2011.
