Their previous roles include serving as a Financial Controller at Outreach Offshore Ltd, where they managed finance operations during the COVID-19 pandemic, and as a Finance Business Partner at Enerveo, where they provided strategic financial guidance. Gilmour holds a BA (HONS) in Accountancy from Glasgow Caledonian University and has worked in progressive finance roles since 2012.
