James Lewis

James Lewis is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in sales and marketing within the field service management and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Global Head of Industries and Field Service and Asset Business Unit Go-To-Market at IFS, James leads a specialist team focused on industrial AI and field service operations. Previous roles at IFS included Global Head of Field Service Management Business Unit and SVP Global Sales. Prior to IFS, James held significant positions at Oracle, including Vice President of Sales for Europe in Field Service Management, where consistent targets were exceeded. James also gained experience at companies such as NetCracker and Convergys, demonstrating a strong track record in sales, business development, and lead generation. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International Relations from Newcastle University and a degree in Dutch and Southeast Asian Studies from the University of Hull.
