John Sameera

John Sameera has over a decade of experience at IFS, beginning as a Trainee Software Engineer at IFS R&D International and progressing to the position of Senior Manager, Global Support. In the current role, John leads the North America Shift Team within the Global Support Delivery organization, ensuring effective coverage and case resolution. Previous roles include Lead Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed customer support leadership and technical development, including the upgrade of IFS application customizations. John holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Colombo School of Computing.
