Jonathan Gerlah is a seasoned IT professional with 18 years of experience in infrastructure and customer support. They have worked across various sectors including industrial, retail, and finance, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills. Jonathan has led numerous international projects in countries such as Japan, the Philippines, Russia, and the United States. Currently, they serve as a Senior Infrastructure Analyst at IFS, where they manage corporate TI support across Latin America and specialize in security and cloud computing. Jonathan is also a co-founder of JRC IT.
